Good Morning Umhlanga

“You are a creator, an artist of sorts. You’re the one who has created your wins. And you’re the one who has generated your defeats. You might not agree with me but it’s my sense that so much of what happens to us – the good and the ungood – has been a consequence of our own belief system, ways of operating and daily choices” ~ Robin Sharma

Yesterday I was all fired-up for an early start, and went to Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal for a sunrise shoot before my first work meeting at 07:00.

Prakash and Vinesh were on-hand to witness my Canon South Africa Canon EOS 6D get tumbled by a small wave while getting this shot.

All sorts of camera errors then started popping up.

I later wiped the camera off with a damp cloth (fresh water – not salted) and went directly to a garage to use the air tyre hose to spray air. The camera then sat in the sun for a few hours… it’s working like a bomb again!
